This is the new cafe/bar/shop kit which is available to order.

Using the latest CAD/CAM software we have re-designed the large shop box to incorporate steps at the right side which leads onto a terrace on the roof.  The following features have been incorporated into the new design:

• Steps on the right side
• Decorative railings around the terrace .
• Windows are 3mm thick.  Rebates have been grooved to a depth of 5mm to allow you to use your own 2mm glazing.
• No small hinges on the front doors, they just slot into their respective openings
• 9mm cranked hinges used for main front opening
• Easy to follow assembly instructions with colour photo images
